Wellness Support Lead

Job Description
Lead and implement comprehensive wellness programs for Nextcare in Bahrain to add value to customers and promote company services. This role involves planning, executing, and evaluating wellness initiatives, coordinating with Business Development and MARCOM teams, and managing provider relationships to deliver health campaigns and discounts for insured members. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in insurance, healthcare, or wellness program development with strong data and coordination skills.
## Responsibilities
- Develop, plan, market, and execute wellness initiatives aligned with customer interests and needs
- Collect and analyze data to measure program success and prepare statistical reports on participant attendance
- Support Business Development team in creating wellness presentations for tenders
- Coordinate end-to-end wellness campaigns and discount packages for insured members with payers and brokers
- Create and update wellness processes, procedures, and monthly wellness calendar with MARCOM and BD
- Build and maintain a provider wellness database to expand Employee Wellness Programs
- Collaborate with MARCOM to develop communication materials and with MPM to negotiate health checkup packages
- Attend provider meetings and coordinate with HR to arrange internal wellness initiatives
- Monitor national wellness trends and lead special projects with logistics and support teams
- Work effectively with AI, data analytics, and cloud tools in line with data governance and ethical standards
## Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required
- 5+ years of experience in insurance, healthcare, or wellness program development
- Physically fit to perform job duties
- Legally permitted to work in Bahrain
- Fluency in MS Office: Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint
- Strong internet research and general navigation skills
- Ability to work in an AI and data-driven environment
