## Role Overview
Provide excellent food and beverage service to guests and ensure a memorable restaurant experience while increasing sales and customer satisfaction.

## Key Responsibilities
- Guest welcome: greet guests, take orders and present menu with explanation of daily offers
- Service delivery: serve food and drinks quickly, follow up tables and ensure guest satisfaction
- Sales: recommend dishes and drinks, encourage guests to order add-ons and desserts
- Billing: issue bill, receive payment and bid farewell to guests with a smile
- Restaurant cleanliness: set tables, clean area and prepare it for new guests
- Coordination: communicate with kitchen and service team to ensure fast order delivery
## Requirements
- Previous waiter/waitress experience in restaurant preferred
- Cheerful personality and love working with people
- Proficiency in Arabic and English - good speaking
- Ability to carry trays and work under pressure
- Flexibility to work evening and late shifts
- Neat appearance and commitment to Chili's official uniform
- Valid health certificate
