## Role Overview
Provide premium hospitality service to Qatar Airways staff and passengers in lounges and restaurants in line with Qatar Airways global service standards.

## Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests, present menus, take food and beverage orders and serve accurately and timely
- Maintain Qatar Airways standards for service, cleanliness and professional appearance
- Set up service area, arrange tables, prepare cutlery and ensure work area cleanliness
- Handle billing and process cash and card payments accurately
- Coordinate with kitchen and service team to ensure smooth operations during peak hours
- Apply HACCP health and food safety standards at all times
## Requirements
- High school diploma minimum
- 1+ year experience in restaurants, hotels or hospitality
- Good English. Arabic is an advantage
- Presentable appearance, cheerful personality and excellent communication skills
- Ability to work shifts including nights and holidays
- Ability to stand for long periods and carry trays
- Strong customer service sense and attention to detail
