Chili's Grill & Bar is a global American restaurant chain specialized in burgers and steak. In Qatar we have 6 branches and provide a distinguished family dining experience.

## Role Overview
Provide excellent food service to guests and ensure their satisfaction from arrival to departure.

## Key Responsibilities
- Guest reception: welcome customers, seat them and provide menu
- Order taking: explain dishes, take orders accurately and send to kitchen
- Food service: serve dishes and drinks in correct order and ensure quality
- Table service: follow up tables, refill drinks and respond to guest requests
- Billing: present bill, collect payment and bid farewell to guests
- Cleanliness: set tables, clean dining area and follow health standards
## Requirements
- High school diploma minimum
- 1 year waiter experience preferred
- Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English
- Friendly and service-oriented personality
- Ability to work under pressure
- Fitness to stand and walk 9 hours
- Knowledge of restaurant service basics
