Job Description
Swan Global is hiring 5 Trainee Recruiters in Doha for a 6-month structured training program in end-to-end recruitment. Trainees will receive hands-on exposure to sourcing, screening, and interview coordination while working with experienced professionals. Upon successful completion, high-performing trainees will be offered a Recruitment Executive role with a monthly salary of QAR 3,000 - QAR 4,000.
## Responsibilities
- Support end-to-end recruitment activities including candidate sourcing, screening, and interview coordination
- Learn and use recruitment portals and ATS tools to identify and engage potential candidates
- Assist with scheduling interviews and maintaining candidate communication
- Gain exposure to talent acquisition processes under the guidance of experienced recruiters
- Maintain accurate recruitment data and support reporting as needed
## Requirements
- 3 to 6 months of recruitment experience or basic knowledge of recruitment and recruitment portals
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Eagerness to learn and grow in HR and Talent Acquisition
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Candidates residing in Qatar on a Family Visa are highly encouraged to apply
