## Responsibilities
- Ensure the cash float is accurate and all information entered into the POS terminal is correct.
- Efficiently process customer transactions using the QDFC shop's Point of Sale (POS) system, always providing receipts to customers.
- Handle various forms of payment, including cash, Traveler’s Cheques, and credit cards, securely and responsibly.
- Maintain security of cash and documentation at all times.
- Account for cash variances at the end of each shift.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the Head of the Department.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to QDFC/QR group customers and passengers at Doha International Airport, ensuring a friendly and courteous experience.
- Address any customer complaints or issues promptly.
- Minimize processing and packing time for customer transactions.
- Maintain confidentiality regarding all company documentation and information.
- Report any security breaches to the Supervisor or Duty Manager.
- Ensure high security standards for stock and cash.
- Be aware of theft-prone areas within the store.

## Requirements
- Basic literacy and numeracy skills, along with English communication abilities; no prior job-related experience required for entry-level roles.
- Preferred: Previous experience in retail or customer service.
- Job-specific skills include proficiency in English, basic computer skills, strong interpersonal and customer service skills, and basic product knowledge.
- A friendly and approachable demeanor is essential.
