Job Description
noon is hiring a Team Leader, Operations for Noon Minutes - its 15-minute hyper-local delivery platform in UAE & KSA. You will manage end-to-end operational assets: procurement, inventory tracking, warehouse/store operations, and first/last mile distribution. Requires 2-4 years in asset management, inventory control, or warehouse operations with strong execution mindset.

## Responsibilities
*Asset Procurement & Planning*
- Manage procurement of delivery and store-related assets in line with operational requirements
- Coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders for timely and cost-effective sourcing
- Forecast asset requirements based on business demand and expansion plans
*Inventory & Warehouse Operations*
- Maintain accurate, real-time tracking of all assets across warehouses and store locations
- Implement inventory control processes and audit mechanisms
- Oversee asset handling, storage, allocation, and movement across warehouses and stores
- Standardize processes for asset issuance, returns, and replacements
*Distribution & Logistics*
- Manage distribution of assets from central warehouses to stores and delivery associates
- Optimize logistics for efficient asset movement across first-mile and last-mile operations
*Asset Lifecycle & Strategy*
- Monitor asset utilization, maintenance, and end-of-life processes
- Drive repair, refurbishment, and replacement strategies
- Develop scalable systems for asset tracking and management
- Identify inefficiencies and drive continuous improvement using data
## Requirements
- 2–4 years experience in asset management, inventory control, or warehouse operations
- Proven experience managing warehouse inventory and store-level assets
- Strong understanding of supply chain processes including procurement and distribution
- Experience in first-mile and last-mile logistics preferred
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets. Experience with inventory management systems preferred
