Job Description
Ambassador International Academy Al Khail is hiring a Teaching Assistant for AY 2026-2027. Support teachers, assist students, prepare learning materials, and foster a positive learning environment. Bachelor's degree required. On-site, Full-time in Dubai.
## Responsibilities
- Support teachers in delivering engaging and effective learning experiences
- Assist students individually and in small groups to reinforce learning objectives
- Help prepare classroom resources, displays, and learning materials
- Supervise students during lessons, break times, educational visits, and school activities
- Foster a safe, inclusive, and positive learning environment
- Support students' academic, social, emotional, and behavioural development
- Assist with administrative and classroom management tasks as required
## Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or relevant qualification in Education or a related field
- Previous experience working with children in a school setting is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- A passion for nurturing young learners and supporting their educational growth
- Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage
