talabat in Muscat is hiring a Store Supervisor to oversee daily store operations, manage team and ensure fast efficient service for talabat Mart.
## About talabat
Leading food and grocery delivery platform in MENA. talabat Mart: dark stores for 15-minute grocery delivery.
## Responsibilities
Operations:
- Supervise daily store operations and order fulfillment
- Ensure fast picking, packing and dispatch of orders
- Monitor inventory, stock levels and product quality
Team Management:
- Manage and coach store team and riders
- Schedule shifts and ensure high productivity
- Maintain safety and hygiene standards
Quality & Efficiency:
- Improve operational processes for speed and efficiency
- Handle customer complaints and escalations
- Coordinate with hub and delivery teams
## Requirements
- 2-3 years experience in retail, supermarket or e-commerce
- Leadership and team management skills
- Knowledge of inventory management systems
- Fluent English and Arabic
- Problem-solving and fast decision-making
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment and shifts
