Store Operations Manager

## Responsibilities
*Operations & Sales*
- Lead and manage daily store operations to ensure smooth execution of all retail activities
- Drive store performance to achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs
- Monitor key metrics: traffic, conversion rate, average basket size, and sales productivity
- Ensure high standards of customer service and handle escalated customer concerns
*Team & Commercial*
- Lead, coach, and develop store teams to achieve performance targets
- Ensure compliance with Visual Merchandising standards and execute promotional campaigns effectively
- Foster a strong commercial mindset with focus on sales growth and customer experience
*Inventory & Supply*
- Oversee inventory levels, stock replenishment, and product availability
- Coordinate with Supply Chain to ensure optimal stock flow

*Cross-Functional Coordination*
- Work with HR, Finance, Marketing, and Commercial teams for smooth store operations
- Monitor store KPIs and prepare performance reports with actionable insights
- Manage store operating expenses and identify cost optimization opportunities

## Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, Marketing, or related field
- 5–8+ years of retail experience, preferably in large-format or multi-category environments
- Proven experience in store management or senior retail leadership roles
- Strong track record in achieving sales targets and driving KPI performance
- Experience in team leadership, coaching, and performance management
- Solid understanding of retail operations, inventory management, and store processes
- Strong analytical skills to interpret sales and operational data
- Experience working with cross-functional teams
