Job Description
Leading Retail Group in Dubai is hiring a Social Media Coordinator. The role manages daily content, engagement, and campaigns across Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook to drive brand awareness and sales.
## Responsibilities
- Plan and manage daily content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook
- Design posts and reels with the graphic team
- Respond to customer comments and DMs with brand voice
- Track trends and prepare weekly performance reports
- Coordinate with influencers and UGC creators
- Support paid ad campaigns and analyze results
## Requirements
- 1-2 years experience managing social media for retail brands
- Creative copywriting in Arabic and English
- Knowledge of Canva, CapCut, Meta Ads
- Strong understanding of Gulf social media trends
- Energetic personality and ability to work under seasonal pressure
- Based in Dubai and able to work onsite
