Toptal is launching Skunkworks Academy, a program to train and develop top technical and product talent. Participants work on real client projects with Toptal's elite network of freelancers. This full-time, remote program is ideal for ambitious professionals looking to build experience with global companies and the latest technologies.
## Responsibilities
- Work on real product development and application projects with Toptal teams
- Learn and apply the latest technologies and development tools hands-on
- Collaborate with mentors and experts from the top 3% of global freelance talent
- Build a strong portfolio by delivering high-quality project outcomes
- Attend weekly training sessions and workshops to develop technical and professional skills
- Work fully remote with international teams in a flexible environment
## Requirements
- Strong background in programming, design, product management, or digital marketing
- Passion for fast learning and working on challenging projects
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Ability to manage time and work independently in a remote setting
- Previous experience in tech projects is a plus but not required
- Commitment to a full-time intensive program
