## Role Overview
Field supervision of interior fit-out projects from start to handover and ensuring quality and adherence to the project schedule.

## Key Responsibilities
- Field supervision: manage and coordinate all fit-out works on site
- Quality: ensure execution according to approved drawings and specifications
- Scheduling: monitor work progress and ensure adherence to the timeline
- Coordination: coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers and design team
- Reporting: prepare daily reports on work progress, issues and solutions
- Safety: implement health and safety standards on site
## Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Civil or Architectural Engineering
- 3-5 years experience in interior Fit-Out projects
- Knowledge of finishing materials, gypsum, flooring, painting, suspended ceiling
- Ability to read engineering drawings and Shop Drawings
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Project
- English proficiency
- Note: Filipino nationality preferred as per job posting
