Job Description
Union Coop in Dubai is hiring a Senior Officer for Compliance & Process within E-commerce Operations. The role owns SOP development, training delivery, compliance audits, and process improvement across fulfilment sites. Ideal for candidates with 3-5 years in e-commerce, fulfilment, warehouse or q-commerce operations. Strong focus on Lean/Six Sigma, data analysis, and driving operational excellence.
## Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and update operational SOPs
- Design and deliver training programs for operations teams
- Conduct compliance audits and follow up on corrective actions
- Identify process improvement opportunities and support Lean/Six Sigma initiatives
- Perform root cause analysis and implement effective solutions
- Monitor quality and compliance through reports and dashboards
- Work closely with operations teams to ensure consistent process execution and operational excellence across multiple sites
## Requirements
- Experience in Ecommerce, Fulfilment Centre, Dark Store, Warehouse, or Q-Commerce Operations
- Hands-on experience in SOP development, training, compliance auditing, and process improvement
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
- Six Sigma Green Belt certification is preferred
- Proactive, detail-oriented professional with excellent communication and problem-solving skills
## Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, E-Commerce, or related field
- 3–5 years of experience in e-commerce operations or marketplace management
- HACCP or Food Safety knowledge
- Experience working across multiple sites or with 3PL partners
- Arabic language skills are an advantage
