## Role Overview
Represent L'Oréal brands at points of sale in Doha and increase sales and brand awareness through direct customer engagement.

## Key Responsibilities
- Promote at point of sale in Carrefour, pharmacies and beauty stores by demonstrating L'Oréal products and recommending to customers
- Achieve monthly sales targets through beauty consultations and product recommendations
- Visual merchandising: arrange shelves, execute promotions and gondolas according to brand guidelines
- Customer engagement: provide product testing, free samples and explain product benefits
- Monitor stock levels, report out-of-stock items and expiry dates to sales representatives
- Prepare daily reports on activity, customer feedback and competitors
- Attend training sessions on new products and selling techniques
## Requirements
- High school diploma minimum
- 1+ year experience in promotional sales or retail, preferably in beauty sector
- Passion for beauty and personal care
- Elegant appearance, social personality and strong communication skills
- Proficiency in Arabic and English
- Ability to work 6 days per week including weekends
- Flexibility to move between different points of sale in Doha
