Al-Futtaim Group in Dubai, UAE is hiring a Sales Executive for an on-site role. Achieve sales targets, build strong client relationships, and represent Al-Futtaim brands across retail, automotive, or real estate sectors.
## Responsibilities
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets through direct selling
- Acquire new customers and serve existing clients to build long-term relationships
- Present product/service offerings, prepare quotations, and follow up
- Monitor competitors and market trends and prepare sales reports
- Ensure highest level of customer service per Al-Futtaim standards
- Work with sales team to achieve branch and company goals
## Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- 2+ years experience in sales, preferably in retail, automotive, or real estate
- Strong sales and negotiation skills + excellent communication + persuasive personality
- Excellent English mandatory + Good Arabic
- MS Office and CRM proficiency
- Ambitious, self-motivated, and able to work under target pressure
