- Greet customers and help them choose products for their homes
- Achieve sales targets and provide complete furniture solutions
- Arrange products in the showroom and maintain visual appeal
- Understand IKEA catalog, assembly, and delivery services
- Work with sales and warehouse team to ensure product availability
- Create a positive shopping experience reflecting IKEA values
## Requirements
- 1-2 years retail sales experience, preferably in furniture or home decor
- High school diploma minimum
- Sales skills + communication + passion for helping people
- Good English + Arabic is a plus
- Ability to stand for long periods and work weekends
- Positive, energetic, and team-oriented personality
