## Role Overview
Achieve sales targets and provide a fun shopping experience to customers with product advice.

## Key Responsibilities
- Sales: welcome customers, understand their needs and recommend suitable products
- Target achievement: reach monthly sales target and increase add-on sales
- Product display: arrange shelves, create attractive displays and ensure stock availability
- Checkout: use cashier, issue invoices and collect payments
- After sales service: follow up with customers, handle returns and resolve complaints
- Knowledge: keep up with new products, offers and technology
## Requirements
- Diploma minimum
- Passion for technology, games and music
- High sales and persuasion skills
- Arabic and English proficiency
- Social and friendly personality
- 6 months retail sales experience preferred
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets
