## Role Overview
Assist customers in choosing clothing and achieve sales targets while maintaining a fun shopping experience.

## Key Responsibilities
- Customer service: welcome customers, help them with sizes and styling
- Sales: achieve daily and monthly target and encourage customers to purchase
- Store arrangement: fold clothes, restock shelves and maintain store appearance
- Cashier: assist with checkout and bagging purchases when needed
- Inventory: receive new goods, stock take and organize storage room
- Promotions: explain offers and discounts to customers and update displays
## Requirements
- High school diploma minimum
- Passion for fashion and style
- Excellent sales and communication skills in Arabic and English
- Cheerful personality and able to work in a team
- Ability to stand 8 hours
- Retail experience 1 year preferred
- Neat appearance matching H&M brand
