Virgin Megastore is the largest entertainment store in Qatar. We sell books, music, games, electronics and gifts and focus on a fun shopping experience.

## Role Overview
Assist customers, achieve sales targets and provide an exceptional shopping experience reflecting the Virgin spirit.

## Key Responsibilities
- Customer service: welcome customers, understand their needs and recommend suitable products
- Sales: achieve daily and monthly targets and present offers and discounts
- Store merchandising: arrange shelves, price items and ensure stock availability
- Cashier: process payments and use POS system
- Inventory: receive goods, do stock taking and inform manager about shortages
- Events: participate in new product launches and store events
## Requirements
- High school diploma minimum
- Sales or retail experience preferred
- Passion for music, books and games is an advantage
- Strong communication skills in Arabic and English
- Fun personality and positive energy
- Ability to work shifts and weekends
- Sales and persuasion skills
