## Role Overview
Assist customers, arrange products on shelves, and achieve daily sales targets while providing excellent shopping experience.

## Key Responsibilities
- Customer service: assist customers in finding products, answer inquiries and provide product advice
- Shelf stocking: fill shelves, ensure stock availability and arrange products according to display standards
- Pricing and offers: place price tags, update offers and ensure they are clear to customers
- Inventory: check expiry dates, rotate stock and inform management about shortages
- Cashier: support cashier team during peak times and pack customer purchases
- Cleanliness: maintain cleanliness of department and work area
## Requirements
- High school diploma minimum
- Sales or retail experience preferred
- Strong communication skills in Arabic and English
- Ability to work in a team
- Physical fitness to lift boxes up to 15 kg
- Flexibility to work shifts and weekends
- Basic knowledge of POS systems is an advantage
