## Role Overview
Provide an exceptional shopping experience to customers, increase sales and maintain store attractiveness and organization.

## Key Responsibilities
- Customer service: welcome customers, assist with sizes and products and provide fashion advice
- Sales: achieve daily and monthly sales targets, encourage customers to join loyalty program
- Store merchandising: restock products on shelves, apply display standards and styling according to H&M guide
- Cashier: operate cashier, process payments and handle returns according to policy
- Inventory: receive new shipments, do stock count and apply price tags
- Cleanliness: maintain cleanliness and organization of fitting rooms and sales area
## Requirements
- High school diploma minimum
- Passion for fashion and customer service
- Strong communication skills in Arabic and English
- Previous retail experience is an advantage but not required
- Ability to stand for long periods and work under pressure
- Flexibility to work shifts, events and holidays
- Neat appearance according to H&M dress code
