## Role Overview
Provide an outstanding shopping experience to customers, achieve sales targets and maintain store appearance according to H&M standards.

## Key Responsibilities
- Customer service: welcome customers, help them with sizes and style outfits
- Sales: achieve daily and monthly sales targets, and promote offers and discounts
- Store arrangement: display clothes according to Visual Merchandising, restock shelves and maintain section cleanliness
- Cashier and inventory: handle cashier, receive new goods, stocktaking and price products
- Fitting rooms: organize fitting rooms and return clothes to places quickly
- Standards compliance: apply H&M policies for customer service, returns and exchanges
## Requirements
- High school diploma minimum
- Passion for fashion and style
- Excellent sales and communication skills
- Proficiency in Arabic and English
- Previous retail experience is an advantage but not required
- Ability to work under pressure and stand for long periods
- Flexibility to work shifts and during events
