We are seeking motivated retail professionals to join our Qatar Duty Free team. As a Sales Assistant, you will focus on maximizing sales while providing exceptional customer service in one of the world's largest duty-free areas.
## Responsibilities
- Maximize sales opportunities while ensuring top-notch customer service.
- Maintain shop merchandising according to departmental layouts and ensure shelves are well-stocked.
- Engage with customers to identify their needs and present products effectively using the features, advantages, and benefits (F.A.B.) approach.
- Strive for the best sales results and assist in other shop sections as needed.
- Promote cross-selling and substitute selling techniques to enhance customer satisfaction.
## Requirements
- High School Qualification with at least 1 year of relevant work experience, or a Bachelor’s Degree with no prior experience.
- Strong communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a high level of integrity.
- Professional demeanor and a friendly, approachable attitude towards customers.
