Sales Assistant

## Responsibilities
- Maximize sales opportunities by engaging customers and delivering the highest level of service at all times
- Acknowledge customers, understand their needs, and present products using Features, Advantages, and Benefits selling approach
- Keep the shop fully merchandised according to department layout and ensure shelves are stocked and displayed to drive sales
- Support customers across departments and assist other sections when needed during busy periods
- Apply best-selling techniques including complimentary selling and substitute selling to increase transaction value
- Identify customer needs and preferences to enhance their shopping experience at Qatar Duty Free

## Requirements
- High School qualification with a minimum of 1 year of related retail experience
- OR Bachelor's Degree or equivalent with no prior work experience required
- Effective English communication skills in both written and spoken forms
- Confident personality with strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- High level of integrity and professional conduct
- Polite, approachable, and business-like manner while on duty
- Passion for retail and delivering exceptional customer experiences
