CCC - Consolidated Contractors Company is hiring a Safety Manager in Doha, Qatar, On-site. Lead HSE for a major project, ensure Zero Harm and compliance with client and Qatari labor law.

## Role Overview
Lead Safety department on a major project. Ensure implementation of highest HSE standards, reduce incidents and achieve Zero Harm. Direct interface with client and consultant.
## Key Responsibilities
- HSE Plan: develop and implement project HSE Plan per client requirements
- Inspection: conduct daily, weekly and monthly site inspections
- Training: deliver Induction and Toolbox Talks to all workers
- Incidents: investigate incidents and prepare NCR and CAPA reports
- Risks: manage JSA and Risk Assessment for high risk activities
- Compliance: ensure compliance with Qatari Ministry of Labor laws and ISO 45001 standards
## Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Engineering or HSE Diploma
- 10+ years experience including 5 years as Safety Manager on major projects
- Mandatory certifications: NEBOSH IGC, IOSH Managing Safely
- OSHA 30h Trainer or NEBOSH Diploma is an advantage
- Experience with Ashghal or FIFA projects is a big advantage
- Strong leadership and communication skills
