## Role Overview
Implement safety management system on site per QCS 2014 and OHSAS 45001. Ensure safe work environment and reduce accidents and injuries.

## Key Responsibilities
- Inspection: conduct daily Site Inspections and HSE reports
- Training: deliver Toolbox Talks and HSE Induction for new workers
- Incidents: investigate accidents and prepare Incident Reports and RCA
- Permits: issue and monitor PTW - Permits to Work
- Equipment: ensure inspection of equipment, cranes and operator certificates
- Standards: implement QCS 2014, OHSAS 45001, and consultant requirements
## Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Engineering or Diploma in Safety
- 4+ years experience as Safety Engineer on construction sites
- Certifications: NEBOSH IGC mandatory, OSHA 30, First Aid
- Knowledge of QCS 2014 Part 14 - Health & Safety
- Strong communication skills in Arabic and English
- Proficiency in MS Office and report writing
