Job Description
WHOOP Qatar is hiring a Retail Associate for its experiential performance center and store in Msheireb, Doha. You will deliver a premium, data-driven member experience, educate customers on WHOOP products and memberships, drive sales, and support retail operations. The role operates 12 hours a day, 7 days a week and reports to the Retail Lead.
## Responsibilities
- Support daily retail operations of WHOOP Qatar ensuring high standards of service, organization, and execution
- Deliver a premium, data-driven member experience by educating members on WHOOP products, memberships, and health insights tailored to individual goals
- Drive revenue through sales of WHOOP memberships, accessories, apparel, and the 'WHOOP Your Way' experience while meeting sales targets
- Act as a brand ambassador by maintaining WHOOP’s premium standards in engagement, product presentation, and store experience
- Assist with visual merchandising, inventory management, restocking, and keeping the retail environment clean and organized
- Support experiential programming and in-store activations to ensure strong member engagement
- Collaborate with the Retail Lead and team to align with brand, marketing, and operational strategies
- Maintain accuracy in transactions, reporting, compliance, and store procedures
## Requirements
- 2–4 years of retail experience, preferably in premium, luxury, or experiential retail
- Passion for health, fitness, performance, and technology with ability to communicate WHOOP’s value proposition
- Proven ability to deliver elevated customer service and build meaningful member relationships
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-traffic, extended-hours retail environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a team-oriented mindset
- Basic operational knowledge of POS systems, inventory handling, and sales tracking
- Proficiency in Arabic is preferred
- Strong commitment to using AI tools in daily tasks while maintaining high-quality standards
