Confidential restaurant in Dubai is hiring a Restaurant Manager with British Gastronomy experience. Salary: AED 10,000 basic + tax-free package, 1-bedroom apartment, visa, medical insurance, flight ticket. You will lead operations, front-of-house team, guest relations, and ensure luxury service standards for a prestigious dining venue. Requires 3-5 years experience in high-end restaurants.
## Responsibilities
*Operations & Service*
- Oversee day-to-day operations ensuring smooth and efficient service
- Ensure service standards align with luxury hospitality and British dining concepts
- Monitor restaurant performance, revenue, labor costs, and operational efficiencies
- Supervise inventory management, stock control, and ordering processes
- Maintain restaurant presentation, cleanliness, and ambiance
*Leadership & Team*
- Lead, motivate, and develop front-of-house teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences
- Conduct regular service briefings and staff training sessions
- Coordinate closely with Executive Chef and kitchen team to maintain quality and consistency
*Guest Relations & Compliance*
- Manage guest relations and address feedback or concerns promptly and professionally
- Drive guest satisfaction initiatives and foster a culture of service excellence
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, health, and safety regulations
- Prepare operational reports and provide performance updates to senior management
## Requirements
- Minimum 3-5 years experience as Restaurant Manager, Assistant Restaurant Manager, or similar leadership role in high-end restaurant
- Proven British gastronomy experience is essential
- Previous experience in luxury hospitality group, fine dining, or premium casual dining preferred
- Strong leadership, team management, and coaching abilities
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and guest engagement skills
- Strong commercial awareness with experience managing budgets and operational KPIs
- Knowledge of F&B trends, service standards, and restaurant operations
- Ability to perform in fast-paced dynamic environment
- Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude
- Fluency in English required. Additional languages an advantage
- Currently based in UAE or willing to relocate
