We are looking for a professional and welcoming Receptionist to join our team at the Mövenpick Hotel Doha. This role is essential in ensuring a positive first impression for guests and managing various administrative tasks efficiently.
## Responsibilities
- Welcome and guide visitors, ensuring a friendly and professional first impression.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, directing them to the appropriate departments or individuals.
- Organize and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for executives and staff.
- Maintain a tidy and organized reception area to create a pleasant atmosphere.
- Perform administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.
- Assist with managing office supply inventory and ordering as necessary.
- Process incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Provide general information and respond to inquiries from clients, visitors, and employees.
- Support other departments with clerical tasks as needed.
- Ensure adherence to security protocols by managing visitor logs and issuing badges.
## Requirements
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to operate multi-line phone systems and basic office equipment.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Capability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Basic math skills for handling payments and transactions.
- Familiarity with office management systems and procedures.
- High school diploma or equivalent; an associate's degree in business administration or a related field is preferred.
