Receptionist

## Responsibilities
- Welcome and guide visitors, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, directing them to the right departments or individuals.
- Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for executives and staff.
- Keep the reception area tidy and professional, creating a pleasant environment.
- Perform administrative tasks including filing, data entry, and document preparation.
- Assist with inventory management and ordering of office supplies as necessary.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Provide general information and respond to inquiries from clients, visitors, and employees.
- Support various departments with clerical tasks as needed.
- Ensure security measures are adhered to by managing visitor logs and issuing badges.

## Requirements
- Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to manage multi-line phone systems and basic office equipment.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is advantageous.
- Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Capability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a busy environment.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions.
- Familiarity with office management systems and procedures.
- High school diploma or equivalent; an associate's degree in business administration or a related field is preferred.
