Job Description
Mifrah Properties in Dubai, UAE is hiring a Real Estate Agent for an on-site role. Sell and lease residential and commercial properties while building a strong client portfolio in Dubai's fast-growing real estate market.
## Responsibilities
- Show properties to clients and close sale and rental deals
- Generate new leads through calls, exhibitions, and social media
- Conduct site visits, property valuations, and market-based pricing
- Negotiate best terms between sellers and buyers or landlords and tenants
- Handle contracts and DLD registration procedures
- Build long-term relationships with clients, developers, and investors
## Requirements
- RERA real estate broker license mandatory
- 1+ year experience in Dubai real estate market is a plus
- Strong sales and negotiation skills + persuasion + professional demeanor
- Excellent Arabic + Good English. Additional languages are a plus
- Ambitious personality who thrives on commission and competitive environment
- Good knowledge of Dubai areas and new developments
