Job Description
KVB Properties is hiring a Real Estate Agent in Dubai to sell and lease residential and commercial properties. The role focuses on client acquisition, property viewings, negotiations, and achieving sales targets in the Dubai real estate market.
## Responsibilities
- Source new properties and list units for sale and rent
- Conduct property viewings and site tours for clients
- Negotiate deals, close transactions, and meet monthly targets
- Build relationships with developers, investors, and property owners
- Monitor market trends and provide real estate consultancy to clients
- Prepare sales and lease contracts in coordination with RERA
## Requirements
- Minimum 1 year experience in real estate sales in Dubai
- Valid RERA license or ability to obtain one
- Excellent sales and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in Arabic and English. Additional languages are a plus
- Ambitious personality with commission-driven mindset
- Own car and UAE driving license is a plus
- Ability to work onsite in Dubai
