Redco Construction is a contracting company specialized in residential and commercial buildings. Has 15 projects running in Qatar with total value of 2 billion QAR.

## Role Overview
Prepare and take off BOQ. Handle interim payments and contracts. Control cost and ensure project profitability.

## Key Responsibilities
- Take-off: prepare Bill of Quantities from drawings for new projects
- Payments: prepare and follow up Interim Payment Certificates for contractor and client
- Contracts: review subcontractor contracts and Variation Orders VO
- Costing: prepare monthly Cost Report and compare budget vs actual
- Tendering: prepare pricing for new tenders
- Close-out: prepare Final Account and Final BOQ
## Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Civil or Architectural Engineering
- 5+ years experience as Quantity Surveyor in Qatar
- Proficiency in: CostX, Cubicost, Advanced MS Excel
- Strong knowledge of FIDIC, QCS 2014, and measurement methods
- Experience in projects over 50 million QAR
- High accuracy and negotiation skills
