Job Description
Ashghal - Public Works Authority is hiring a Quality Manager in Doha, Qatar, On-site. Lead Quality Management System for roads projects and ensure compliance with QCS 2014 and Ashghal standards.

Ashghal is the government entity responsible for infrastructure, roads and drainage projects in Qatar. Delivering multi-billion riyal projects.
## Role Overview
Lead Quality Management System for roads projects. Ensure implementation of QCS 2014 and Ashghal standards from design stage to handover.
## Key Responsibilities
- QMS: develop and implement Quality Management System per ISO 9001
- Inspection: review Quality Plans ITPs and Method Statements
- Materials: approve materials and lab testing per QCS
- NCR: issue and follow up Non-Conformance Reports NCRs and CARs
- Audit: conduct internal and external audits on contractors and consultants
- Handover: review As-Built files and O&M Manuals
## Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering
- 10+ years experience including 5 years as Quality Manager in roads projects
- Direct experience with Ashghal projects and knowledge of QCS 2014
- Lead Auditor ISO 9001 certification
- Proficiency in quality software and MS Office
- Knowledge of soil, asphalt and concrete testing
