Consolidated Contractors Company CCC is hiring a QA QC Engineer in Doha, Qatar, On-site. Implement project quality plan. Inspect works and ensure compliance with QCS 2014. Issue NCR and MIR reports.

## Role Overview
Implement project quality plan. Inspect works and ensure compliance with QCS 2014 specifications. Issue NCR and MIR reports.
## Key Responsibilities
- Inspection: perform Inspection on concrete, welding, painting as per ITP
- Reporting: issue MIR, RFI, NCR and follow up Close-out
- Materials: ensure approval of Submittals and MTC certificates
- Standards: implement QCS 2014, ASME, AWS, and client specifications
- Training: conduct awareness for team on quality plan and procedures
- Handover: prepare As-Built and O&M files for Handover
## Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering
- 4+ years experience as QA QC Engineer on construction projects
- Certifications: CSWIP, AWS CWI, or NDT Level II is a plus
- Proficiency in reading engineering drawings and specifications
- Experience with Ashghal or Qatargas projects is an advantage
- Proficiency in MS Office and report writing
