Al Jaber Engineering is hiring a QA/QC Engineer in Doha, Qatar, On-site. Ensure civil works are executed per specifications, QCS 2014 and approved drawings. Conduct inspections and prepare quality reports.

## Role Overview
Ensure civil works are executed per specifications, approved drawings and QCS 2014. Conduct site inspections, prepare quality reports and submit dossiers to consultant.
## Key Responsibilities
- IIT: prepare and monitor Inspection and Test Plans for all civil activities
- Inspection: conduct concrete, rebar, backfilling, and finishing inspections on site
- Reporting: prepare NCR, RFI, MIR and submit to consultant for approval
- Materials: ensure material approvals and lab tests Submittals
- Standards: implement QCS 2014, BS, ASTM and project specifications
- Handover: prepare As-Built, O&M Manuals and Handover Dossier
## Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering
- 4+ years experience as QA/QC Engineer on building or infrastructure projects
- Strong knowledge of QCS 2014 and Ashghal specifications
- Proficiency in ACI, BS Codes for concrete and testing
- ISO 9001 Lead Auditor certification is a plus
- Good communication skills with consultant and site team
