Project Manager - Urban Planning

## Role Overview
Lead and manage urban planning projects from concept stage to delivery. Responsible for schedule, budget, quality and coordination with government entities.

## Key Responsibilities
- Management: full management of urban planning and new city projects
- Schedule & Budget: develop and monitor project schedule and budget
- Coordination: coordinate with consultants, designers and government entities such as Ministry of Municipality
- Approvals: obtain necessary approvals and permits for the project
- Quality: ensure quality of deliverables per Qatari and international standards
- Reporting: provide regular progress reports to senior management
## Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Architecture or Urban Planning. Master’s is a plus
- 10+ years experience managing major urban planning projects
- Previous experience in Qatar or GCC countries
- Strong knowledge of Qatari planning standards and sustainability standards
- Leadership and stakeholder management skills
- English proficiency. Arabic is a big plus
