## Role Overview
Manage and deliver major engineering projects in the oil & gas sector ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery with quality and safety standards.

## Key Responsibilities
- Lead full project lifecycle from planning, design to execution and delivery
- Prepare and monitor project budget, control costs and performance reporting
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers and consultants and ensure contract compliance
- Implement QatarEnergy HSE standards and regulatory requirements
- Provide regular reports to senior management and stakeholders on progress and risks
- Identify risks and develop mitigation plans
## Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering: Mechanical, Civil, Electrical or Petroleum
- 7+ years experience in project management in oil & gas sector
- PMP or PRINCE2 certification is a strong advantage
- Experience managing large projects with budget over $50M
- Fluent English. Arabic is a plus
- Excellent leadership, negotiation and problem-solving skills
