Qatari Diar is hiring a Project Manager in Lusail, Qatar, On-site. Lead a multi-disciplinary project from start to delivery. Responsible for budget, schedule, quality and safety. Coordinate between consultant, contractor and client.

Qatari Diar is the real estate development arm of Qatar Investment Authority. Executed mega projects like Lusail City, Pearl Island, and global hotels. Currently working on residential and commercial towers in Lusail.
## Role Overview
Lead a multi-disciplinary project from start to delivery. Responsible for budget, schedule, quality and safety. Coordinate between consultant, contractor and client.
## Key Responsibilities
- Leadership: lead project team and ensure targets are met
- Scheduling: prepare and track Master Schedule using Primavera P6
- Budget: manage Budget, Cost Control and Value Engineering
- Contracts: manage contractor and consultant contracts and submit Claims
- Quality: ensure QCS 2014, quality and safety standards are applied
- Reporting: prepare reports for senior management on project status
## Requirements
- Bachelor in Civil or Architectural Engineering + MBA is a plus
- 8+ years experience as Project Manager on mega projects
- PMP certification is mandatory
- Proficiency in: Primavera P6, MS Project, BIM 360
- Experience in high-rise towers or mixed-use projects
- Excellent leadership and negotiation skills
