Job Description
HCCB is hiring a Project Manager in Doha, Qatar, On-site. Manage the project from handover to completion. Responsible for schedule, budget, quality, and safety. Main point of contact with client and consultant.

## Role Overview
Manage the project from handover to completion. Responsible for schedule, budget, quality, and safety. Main point of contact with client and consultant.
## Key Responsibilities
- Management: manage entire project team: engineers, subcontractors
- Schedule: prepare and follow up Baseline Schedule and execution program
- Budget: follow up cost, Cash Flow, and Variation Orders VO
- Quality: ensure implementation of QCP and quality plan per QCS 2014
- Reporting: submit monthly progress reports to senior management and client
- Handover: supervise Handover, Defects Liability, and Close-out
## Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Civil/Architectural Engineering. PMP certification preferred
- 8+ years experience as Project Manager on major construction projects
- Experience in projects valued 100+ million QAR
- Proficiency in: Primavera P6, MS Project, Cost Control
- Strong knowledge of FIDIC contracts and QCS 2014
- Excellent leadership and negotiation skills
