Job Description
Hire Fellows in Riffa, Bahrain is seeking a proactive and analytical Project Manager to support the performance and growth of a leading destination. The role centers on analyzing customer, operational, and revenue data to identify opportunities, build reports and dashboards, and drive initiatives that improve customer experience and revenue. This full-time, on-site position requires 2-5 years of experience in analysis, operations, or consulting and strong skills in Excel or Google Sheets.
## Responsibilities
- Analyze visitor, membership, and revenue data to identify trends and growth opportunities
- Monitor customer behavior, usage patterns, and spending habits
- Prepare reports and dashboards to track business performance and key metrics
- Create recommendations to enhance customer experience, engagement, and revenue
- Support the rollout and tracking of business improvement initiatives
- Coordinate with operations, finance, marketing, and leadership teams to collect data and deliver projects
- Assess the impact of promotions, events, and new programs
- Conduct market research and compare industry trends and best practices
- Provide ad-hoc analysis and operational support to senior management
## Requirements
- 2-5 years of experience in business analysis, operations, financial analysis, consulting, or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
- Skill in interpreting data and turning insights into practical actions
- Strong organizational and project coordination capabilities
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in hospitality, leisure, retail, or customer-facing industries is a plus
- Must be based in Bahrain
