Qatari Diar is hiring a Project Controls Manager in Doha, Qatar, On-site. Lead Project Controls for developments, monitor cost and schedule, and prepare reports for senior management.
## About Qatari Diar
Qatari Diar is the real estate arm of Qatar Investment Authority. Delivering major real estate development projects inside and outside Qatar. Famous projects include Lusail and The Pearl.
## Role Overview
Lead Project Controls department for projects. Monitor cost, schedule and risks and prepare reports for senior management for decision making.
## Key Responsibilities
- Cost: prepare Cost Estimate and monitor actual cost Earned Value
- Schedule: review and approve contractor Baseline Schedule using Primavera P6
- Reporting: prepare monthly reports: Progress Report, Cost Report, Risk Register
- Changes: manage Variation Orders VO and manage Claims
- Risks: identify and analyze project risks and mitigation plans
- Forecasting: prepare Forecast at Completion and identify variances
## Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering or Project Management
- 10+ years experience including 5 years as Project Controls Manager on major projects
- Full proficiency: Primavera P6, MS Project, CostX, SAP
- PMP or AACE CCP certification is an advantage
- Experience with Qatari Diar or Qatari government projects is a big advantage
- Strong analysis and reporting skills
