Job Description
Manpower Middle East in Dubai, UAE is hiring a Production Manager for an on-site role. Lead manufacturing operations and ensure production, quality, and safety targets are met.
## Responsibilities
- Plan and oversee daily production operations to meet quantity and quality targets
- Lead, train, and develop the production team and technicians
- Ensure compliance with quality standards, company policies, and safety procedures
- Analyze production processes and identify improvement opportunities to reduce waste and increase efficiency
- Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, and maintenance departments to ensure material availability
- Prepare daily and weekly reports on production, issues, and solutions for senior management
## Requirements
- 5+ years experience in production management in manufacturing plants, preferably in the same industry
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
- Strong leadership skills, decision-making ability, and problem-solving
- Knowledge of ERP systems, Lean Manufacturing, and 5S is a plus
- Excellent English mandatory + Good Arabic
- Ability to work shifts and handle high-pressure environment
