Job Description
ALI BIN ALI in Doha, Qatar is hiring a Product Specialist to support medical and dental product operations. The role covers customer coordination, market visits, sales support, inventory management, and market analysis for healthcare products. Requires a university degree with medical background and 1-3 years experience in medical devices or healthcare sales. Fluency in English and Arabic is required.
## Responsibilities
*Operations & Coordination*
- Resolve Tier 1 operational issues following company guidelines to ensure customer and supplier satisfaction
- Coordinate with Finance and Logistics teams to manage product deliveries, order processing, and payment collection
- Conduct regular customer visits for assigned brands, engaging with professionals, finance teams, and purchasers
- Present and explain product features, benefits, and technical details to healthcare professionals and stakeholders
- Maintain activity logs, call-off contracts, purchase orders, and multi-delivery POs; update Salesforce daily and sales data weekly
- Support timely invoicing, delivery, installation, and on-site operational support
- Assist the Project Team in executing projects and meeting deadlines
*Planning & Commercial Support*
- Contribute to annual forecasts, budgets, and weekly/monthly action plans
- Prepare technical and commercial proposals and customer offers
- Promote company products and maintain ongoing customer engagement
- Recommend product promotions, special offers, and project opportunities
- Communicate product updates, launches, and developments to customers
*Inventory & Supply Management*
- Monitor stock levels to ensure product availability and proper supply chain flow
- Manage stock rotation and expiry dates for medical products
- Coordinate with Logistics and suppliers for procurement and replenishment
*Market & Product Analysis*
- Analyze market trends, customer demand, competitor activity, and product opportunities
- Conduct competitive product quality assessments
- Submit weekly plans and daily reports to Line Manager
- Review accounts receivable reports and highlight operational challenges
*Innovation*
- Provide input on new product opportunities and initiatives to improve efficiency and service delivery
## Requirements
- University degree with medical background: Medicine, Dentistry, Biomedical Engineering, Dental Technology, or related field
- 1–3 years experience in medical devices, healthcare products, or pharmaceutical sales. Fresh graduates with strong communication skills may be considered
- Advanced knowledge of dental diseases, dental devices, and related services
- Strong scientific and product knowledge in healthcare or medical devices
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to explain products to healthcare professionals
- Basic sales, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple accounts
- Analytical skills to assess customer needs and market feedback
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems, Salesforce experience preferred
- Fluent in English and Arabic, both written and spoken
- Valid GCC driving license preferred
- Ability to work in fast-paced, team-oriented environment
