Job Description
A fast-growing Fintech company in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia is hiring a Product Manager for a hybrid role. Lead the product lifecycle from ideation to launch and build digital financial products for users in KSA.
## Responsibilities
- Define product vision and roadmap with leadership
- Conduct user interviews and analyze data to identify customer problems
- Write PRDs, User Stories and work with engineering and design teams on delivery
- Plan and manage launches of new features and track success metrics
- Monitor KPIs like Activation, Retention, Conversion and make data-driven decisions
- Coordinate between tech, marketing, sales, and compliance teams
- Track fintech trends and competitors in the Saudi market
## Requirements
- 3-5 years experience in product management, preferably in Fintech or SaaS
- Strong in data analysis, SQL, Google Analytics, and Mixpanel
- Technical understanding of APIs and digital product development
- Excellent communication, strategic thinking, and user-focused mindset
- Fluent in Arabic and English
- Bachelor's in Engineering, Business, or related field. MBA is a plus
