QatarEnergy is hiring a Procurement Specialist in Doha, Qatar. Manage end-to-end procurement for major projects including RFQ, RFP, vendor negotiation and PO management.

## Role Overview
We are hiring a Procurement Specialist to support the procurement department for major projects. You will be responsible for end-to-end purchasing with vendors and contractors.
## Key Responsibilities
- Prepare RFQ and RFP and evaluate bids
- Negotiate with suppliers for best prices and terms
- Issue purchase orders and follow up on delivery
- Manage supplier relationships and performance evaluation
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procurement laws
- Coordinate with engineering and finance departments for project needs
- Prepare monthly reports on procurement and budget
## Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain or Engineering
- 5+ years experience in procurement, Oil & Gas sector preferred
- Knowledge of tendering and contract procedures
- Proficiency in SAP Ariba or any ERP procurement system
- Strong negotiation and analytical skills
- Fluent in English, Arabic is a plus
