Procurement Officer

## About the Company
Hamad Medical Corporation is the primary provider of healthcare services in Qatar. We manage 12 hospitals and primary care services and serve millions of patients annually.

## Role Overview
We are hiring a Procurement Officer to support the procurement department in securing hospital needs including medicines, medical devices, and services.

## Key Responsibilities
- Prepare RFQ, RFP and coordinate with suppliers
- Evaluate bids and negotiate prices and contract terms
- Track purchase orders and ensure on-time delivery
- Manage supplier database and performance evaluation
- Ensure compliance with government procurement policies and quality standards
- Coordinate with medical departments to identify needs
- Prepare monthly reports on procurement and cost savings
## Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field
- 3-5 years experience in procurement. Healthcare sector is a big plus
- Knowledge of government procurement processes in Qatar
- Proficiency in procurement ERP systems like Oracle, SAP Ariba
- Excellent negotiation and analytical skills
- CIPS or CPSM certification is a plus
- Proficiency in English and Arabic
