Redco Construction is hiring a Procurement Manager in Doha, Qatar, Hybrid. Manage procurement of all construction materials, negotiate with suppliers and ensure timely delivery per QCS standards.

## Role Overview
Manage procurement operations for all construction materials for projects. Negotiate with suppliers, reduce cost and ensure on-time delivery with required quality per QCS.
## Key Responsibilities
- Strategy: develop procurement strategy for materials: cement, steel, concrete, electrical, plumbing
- Suppliers: manage approved vendor list and annual contracts
- Negotiation: negotiate prices, payment terms and delivery schedules
- Orders: review Purchase Requests PRs from projects and issue POs
- Quality: coordinate with QA to approve samples and materials per QCS
- Inventory: monitor inventory and avoid site delays
## Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Business, Engineering, or Supply Chain
- 7+ years experience including 3 years as Procurement Manager in contracting company
- Strong knowledge of construction materials pricing in Qatari market
- Strong relations with local and international suppliers
- Proficiency in SAP, Oracle, or any procurement ERP
- English proficiency. Arabic is a plus
