## Role Overview
Lead planning and scheduling management for all development projects. Ensure project delivery on time and budget according to global standards.

## Key Responsibilities
- Scheduling: develop and manage Master Schedules for development projects
- Analysis: analyze progress, identify time variances and provide Recovery Plans
- EVM: implement Earned Value Management and cost/time KPIs
- Coordination: coordinate with consultants, contractors and design teams
- Reporting: prepare monthly reports for senior management and board
- Systems: manage planning systems Primavera P6 and MS Project
## Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering or Project Management
- 10+ years experience in planning major projects including 5 years as Planning Manager
- Experience in real estate or smart city projects in Qatar
- Professional certifications: PMP, PSP, AACE
- Full proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, Power BI
- Knowledge of GSAS sustainability standards
